My husband really liked this for his hiking and fishing trip, he said it was smaller than he expected but it kept him practical for packing.I am a Simms fan and while I think these are well made (I've never had a Simms item I didn't thinks was well made) this just wasn't a good enough combination of comfortable and functional for me. Your mileage may vary.Fished CO with this beast. Caught many! This gets a 1 star only because this is not an ambidextrous sling. The only reason I ordered it.It is "Right Shoulder" only.I was truly disappointed in believing the Heading/Title of this product that it is ambidextrous. With that said, the sling was delivered in a very timely manner and it is a quality sling. At first I was soo angry that I was going to return it immediately. However, I've had a chance to mess around with this sling and am thinking of keeping it.This bag is nice and big, but not ambidextrous. Don't order it if you don't want the strap/bag on your right shoulder. I thought I could put it on my left for easier right hand casting, but it only works one way. This sling pack holds everything I need and nothing I don’t. Net included! I currently have a large double sided streamer box, and 7 small to medium boxes, 4 spools of tippet, leader wallet, tools, net, and sunglasses in it. A ton more storage, and very well organized for every outing. Just grab and go!Although definitely NOT ambidextrous, but after a few uses, it’s easy to get used to. It adjusted well, and secures when hiking with a second buckle.
